WKSC is an RYA Recognised Training Centre and we run a variety of programmes/ courses throughout the year for both adults and youths. We have a fleet of Training boats available to us which include Optimists / Pico’s / RS Feva’s/ RS Vision’s and GP 14’s.

Training is delivered by qualified RYA instructors and takes place both on the Marine Lake and the Dee Estuary. All our sessions have Safety boats in attendance. We are inspected by the RYA on an annual basis to ensure that our training and staff meet their high standards.

If you would like to learn to sail we offer Beginners courses to both members and non members, Adults and Juniors. 

We also offer Powerboat and Shore based courses to members.
